Home Owners Association

The Bay View Homeowners' Association is an incorporated entity guided by a board of officers elected by the Bay View HOA membership with outline responsibilities. The Bay View HOA also has an annual social event and neighborhood meetings that are open to owners and residents. The Bay View HOA welcomes and actively encourages participation of owners and residents in Bay View HOA functions, although by law only members may vote in Bay View HOA elections.

Bay View HOA Board of Officers

The Bay View HOA is governed by elected representatives. Every Bay View HOA household in good standing is entitled to one vote for each open board position at the annual meeting in June. Any member in good standing is eligible to serve on the Bay View HOA Board. Board positions are all voluntary and receive no compensation.
